Dd exactly what it said on the tin. Clean, comfortable bed, Tv and shower worked well. Close to facilities. If you are on a budget (I'm not necessarily saying I was) this is the accommodation for you. Great for one or two nights, I stayed one, but not sure I'd want to spend a week. I was concerned there could be excessive noise with this being a bar and a Saturday night pre Bank Holiday as well as a hotel, but this wasn't a problem. Very quiet which is how liked it!

It was convenient for local shops so made our stay easier for us to get food when we needed, also easy access to nearby buses and trams. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating and supplied us with an extra heater for the room because it was a very cold night.

Staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming, even gave my nephew a sweet which he was thrilled about. We were right on the sea front so easy access to lights and the beach.
